Techloop.io operates a platform that connects software developers with companies while preserving candidate anonymity. Developers receive job offers directly from employers and, if hired through the platform, earn a €500 bonus. Employers gain access to a large pool of qualified candidates without using expensive recruitment agencies. As of 2017 the system had more than 25,000 IT professionals and was receiving offers from over 900 potential employers across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Led by CEO Joao Duarte and COO Paul Cooper, the company plans product improvements and further expansion into additional European countries. Techloop.io intends to grow headcount from 28 employees to around 150 within two years.
