Technique Solaire is a French company that distributes photovoltaic energy for individuals and businesses and also develops biogas through its subsidiary, Technique Biogaz. Founded in 2008, it operates some 450 MWp of photovoltaic assets across new buildings, rooftops, carports and ground-mounted installations, with roughly 45% (200 MWp) of its solar portfolio operating on farms and aviary solutions. Technique Biogaz, established in 2014, runs three biogas plants with capacity over 330 Nm3/h of methane, producing 100 percent renewable green gas and valorizing agricultural waste. The company plans to scale operations, increase R&D efforts and accelerate its international footprint. Technique Solaire aims to deploy €4 billion by 2030—€3 billion of which is earmarked for France—and says this expansion should prevent 5 million tons of CO² emissions by 2030. To support growth it plans to double its workforce, recruiting over 200 new employees across engineering, sales, plant management and site supervision.
