Tectonic Therapeutic is a pre-clinical biotechnology company focused on discovering biologic therapies that target G-protein–coupled receptors (GPCRs). The company’s proprietary GEODe platform, built on work from co-founder Andrew Kruse’s lab, is designed to overcome historical challenges in discovering biologics that modulate GPCR signaling and to enable programs against receptors previously considered undruggable.
