Telescope aims to move sustainability from compliance paperwork to strategic asset management, helping clients protect asset values, meet regulatory requirements, and lower insurance and maintenance cost risks. The company has proven traction in Norway, serving several of the country’s largest real estate firms and signing multiple leading customers in 2024 with a team of eight and minimal marketing spend. Telescope is expanding across Europe, launching in Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands and broadening its product to serve financiers and investors.
