Telestax offers RestcommONE, a WebRTC platform for building enterprise-class real-time messaging, voice and video applications, supporting cloud, on-premise and hybrid deployments. The company’s RestcommONE Marketplace connects omnichannel applications with CPaaS-enabled service providers to increase revenue opportunities. Telestax reported large-scale usage: RestcommONE supports 900 million calls per day and 200 million messages per day on premise, and 500 million calls per week and 5.5 million messages per week in the cloud. The company has over 170 commercial customers globally, including Avaya, MetTel, Ping An Bank, T-Mobile, Unifonic and NTT-AT. Telestax plans to use new funding to accelerate product capabilities, grow its operational support team and expand market reach. The business is led by CEO and co-founder Ivelin Ivanov and was launched in 2011.
