Tellet offers an AI-driven platform that designs, conducts and analyses consumer research interviews through a mobile messenger interface, delivering transcripts, audio/video clips and an actionable report within hours. Users create interviews with the help of Tellet’s AI co‑pilot, share a link with their target audience, and let the AI probe the ‘why’ behind responses. The platform supports 30 languages and is positioned for professionals in market research, customer experience, product development and academia. Tellet launched in August and has already signed clients including VodafoneZiggo, Blauw Research, Humanise and Essense. Led by CEO Merik te Grotenhuis—who exited CG Research to Norstat in 2021—the team includes CTO Pim Verbij, CCO Greg Burke and CPO Luc Maas. The company says the recent funding will help it build what it calls the “world’s best” AI interviewer and further democratise consumer research.
