Overview

TempoDB provides an infrastructure-as-a-service time series database for sensors and measurement data. The service stores billions of measurement data points from millions of Internet-connected sensors. It serves customers across energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, healthcare and the Internet of Things, including Fluke, NinjaBlocks, WattVision and sMeasure. Founded in late 2011 by Andrew Cronk, Justin DeLay and Mike Yagley, the company builds developer-facing tools and backend infrastructure for time-series data. TempoDB plans to use new funding to hire technical sales staff and software engineers to continue building its service. The company also intends to increase its global reach.
