tend.ly is an Indianapolis-based cloud software platform that offers a personalized, all-in-one mobile app for senior and child care providers. The app enables providers to connect with people around them and share insights and moments from the care journey. Care centers use the software to communicate with families, increase staff satisfaction, and build customer loyalty; customers include some of the largest child care providers in North America. Led by founder and CEO Caitlin Coffman, the company plans to use proceeds from the recent financing to expand its product, sales and marketing teams and to further develop its offerings. The company secured $1M in seed funding to support this early-stage growth.
