Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Hyderabad, Tenet Diagnostics operates an integrated diagnostics platform offering radiology, pathology and nuclear medicine services. The company runs over 35 centres across 14 states and offers more than 3,000 super-speciality tests, with presence in states including Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Telangana. Management has stated plans to deepen its footprint across India and expand access to diagnostics for more communities. The company recently raised $30 million from Tata Capital Healthcare Fund III and Blue Earth Capital, with the investors taking an undisclosed stake in the operating entity, Tenet Medcorp Pvt Ltd. Prior to the round, Tenet had been seeking a valuation of roughly Rs 1,000–1,200 crore.
