Overview

TēPs provides an EC-specialized no-code tool that enables merchants to combine around 30 services (EC malls, carts, order management, spreadsheets, email, chat, CRM, databases, etc.) via APIs to create custom automation. The platform aims to replace manual data-processing work and to enable businesses to build systems with complexity comparable to scratch development without coding. TēPs has focused to date on back-office functionality for major domestic EC malls and carts. The company plans to accelerate development, improve product quality, add new integrations beyond back-office workflows, enhance usability, and strengthen its support organization. Management says the product addresses structural issues where service providers cannot cover every combination of integrations needed by merchants. The company is headquartered in Chigasaki, Kanagawa and is led by CEO Kengo Tabuchi. TēPs provides an EC‑focused no‑code tool that lets merchants combine functions from EC malls, carts, order management, Google Sheets, chat tools, CRM and databases via APIs to automate bespoke workflows without programming. The service launched in May 2021 and by the end of December 2022 was used by about 500 companies across product types and business scales. TēPs targets operational tasks that existing automation services cannot handle due to diverse merchant workflows, enabling EC staff to solve “merchant‑specific” operations themselves by assembling functional parts like blocks. The company has focused so far on back‑office functions tied to major domestic EC malls and plans to expand cart integrations and front‑office connections to serve growth operations. TēPs says it will use the new funding to improve usability, add connections and features, and raise service levels to accelerate business expansion. It also notes a corporate change: it is no longer a subsidiary of Feedforce Group but will remain a related company and continue commercial collaborations such as App Unity.
