Management says the product addresses structural issues where service providers cannot cover every combination of integrations needed by merchants. The company is headquartered in Chigasaki, Kanagawa and is led by CEO Kengo Tabuchi. The company has focused so far on back‑office functions tied to major domestic EC malls and plans to expand cart integrations and front‑office connections to serve growth operations. TēPs says it will use the new funding to improve usability, add connections and features, and raise service levels to accelerate business expansion. It also notes a corporate change: it is no longer a subsidiary of Feedforce Group but will remain a related company and continue commercial collaborations such as App Unity.
