Terra Food Co. is a multichannel gourmet cloud kitchen operator providing niche and affordable gourmet cuisine formats to underserved Tier 2 Indian cities. The company grew out of founder Sriram Nair’s Terra café flagship (which introduced Ahmedabad to farm-to-table in 2017) and was founded as TFC in 2019. TFC runs a portfolio of brands including Terra Gourmet, Sushito, Zeus Burger, Noodle Van, Aho Punjab, Pickup Meals, Jaani Maani Biryani, Papadum and Hiit Meals. The company currently processes about 26,000 orders monthly and reports monthly recurring revenue of over INR 1 crore. With recent funding, TFC aims to double revenue by November 2023 and will invest in food technology, product development, and team expansion. It leverages both online and offline channels and unique pickup and cloud-kitchen models to broaden access to gourmet dining in Tier 2 markets.
