Its product transcribes conversations, offers search to find specific sentences, and routes parts of audio to different cloud NLP APIs to optimize accuracy. When near‑perfect accuracy is required the service offers paid human transcription with a 24‑hour turnaround, and those transcriptions feed training data back into the models. The team is three people and operates out of a residential apartment while relying on off‑the‑shelf APIs for much of its infrastructure.
