The Boost Society buys off‑plan buildings from developers and operates managed residences that rent rooms and studios to students (typically one‑year stays) and to young professionals for shorter terms, with rents that bundle services and activities. It currently manages 37 residences comprising nearly 10,000 beds and reports a secured business volume of €480M since January. The group has seven construction sites under way (three due for delivery in September) and specific projects ranging from a 372‑bed site in Bron to a 663‑bed mega‑residence in Villeneuve‑d'Ascq opening in 2027. The company aims to reach 20,000 beds in France by 2030 and is also pursuing growth in Spain, where it already has six residences and a site in construction at Valencia. The Boost Society is based in Levallois‑Perret and was launched in 2014.
