Visits include full diagnostics such as blood workups and vital capture, and the company aggregates visit data to improve diagnoses, predict outcomes and analyze breed-level trends. The startup has expanded to nine major cities and recently launched services in New York City, and has served more than 7,000 pets to date. The Vets plans to scale to 25 cities by the end of the year. To address veterinarian burnout the company promotes a four-day workweek and daily appointment limits.
