Co-founded in 2023 by Pawan Gupta and Rahul Namdev and based in Bengaluru, The Wedding Company is a tech-enabled, full-service wedding planning and fulfilment platform that aggregates venues, décor, catering, photography and logistics. The platform works with more than 2,000 verified vendors across multiple cities and serves couples and families in India and abroad. The startup reported scaling its service order value from Rs 51 crore in FY25 to Rs 115 crore in FY26, a 125% increase, and is targeting Rs 350 crore in service orders in FY27 driven by an expected 1,500 new wedding bookings. It aims to standardise service delivery at scale by expanding its vendor partner network and building a robust category management function. The company positions itself to streamline India's fragmented $130 billion wedding industry and deliver a premium customer experience.
