Therma-Flite is a Benicia, California-based clean technology company that provides proprietary processing systems for municipal wastewater treatment and thermal desorption systems for the oil and gas industry. Its Bio-Scru® technology enables energy-efficient, automated conversion of wastewater solids into Class A biosolids that can replace chemical fertilizers in parks and recreational areas. The Holo-Scru® thermal desorption systems are used to remediate sludges containing high levels of water, diesel and crude oil. Led by CEO Mike Potter, the company intends to use new funding to introduce new products within its core markets and to expand its plants in Benicia and El Dorado, Arkansas. The company recently closed a $7.5M equity financing with XPV Capital.
