Founded in 2022 by IIT alumni Piyush Jalan and Rishav Papneja, Thimblerr provides end-to-end, technology-driven manufacturing and design support for fashion brands. Its platform compresses the traditional 180-day design-to-shelf cycle to just 30–60 days, enabling customers to respond rapidly to market trends. The company supports the creation of more than 3,000 designs each month and already serves over a dozen clients, including Tata Trent, USPA, Snitch and The Souled Store. Thimblerr is building a network of cloud factories powered by a data-driven production system and an ecosystem of more than 800 machines. The startup positions itself as the infrastructure layer for India’s fast-fashion manufacturing market, estimated at $5 billion and growing 25–30% annually. Proceeds from its latest raise will fund customer acquisition, expansion into new product categories and further strengthening of its supply-chain capabilities.
