Third Lane Mobility (3LM) oversees the Bird and Spin brands, offering shared electric scooters and bikes that provide on-demand, car-free transportation in over 200 global cities. The company partners with municipalities, campuses, and private organizations to build locally tailored, reliable, and responsibly managed micromobility fleets. Its newest vehicle generation, especially seated models, posted utilization rates in 2025 that outperformed prior models, validating demand and informing future product strategy.
