Ticket 9 builds a B2B SaaS platform that helps event organisers create, manage, promote and monetise physical, virtual and hybrid events, automating manual tasks such as invites, registrations, partner onboarding and ticket‑sales tracking. The product includes scheduled email notifications and a QR‑based check‑in validation system to simplify large‑attendee entry processes. The company began as an idea in 2019, released a beta in February 2020, and registered as Ticket 9 Event Tech Private Limited in 2022; it operates from Coimbatore. Ticket 9 has supported more than 270 events (including ~60 virtual events during the pandemic) and reports users in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Bengaluru; the team has 12 members.
