TNS operates SERAFIN, a comprehensive digital clear aligner platform that enables diagnosis, setup (design), and manufacturing via a single digital workflow and 3D printing. SERAFIN was officially launched in 2021 and is clinically validated by a group of orthodontic experts. The platform earned European CE MDR certification in March of last year. In October, DENTIS completed domestic patent registration for MESHEET, a new clear-aligner manufacturing material, and is preparing its launch within the first quarter to improve cost competitiveness. TNS has conducted four investment rounds since October of last year and has accumulated KRW 15.75 billion in just over six months. The company plans to use the latest funds to accelerate R&D on its digital clear aligner system and expand manufacturing infrastructure to meet rising domestic demand and prepare for international market entry. Tienes develops digital, transparent orthodontic solutions (clear aligners) and focuses on system-driven production and manufacturing. It is a subsidiary of Dentis, which holds a 57% stake. The company recently completed a financing and plans to deploy proceeds toward system upgrades, R&D, and expansion of manufacturing infrastructure. Last year Tienes partially implemented an automated process for SeRAFIN within the domestic implant industry. Management is preparing for additional large-scale fundraising and is pursuing a mid-to-long-term strategy aimed at an eventual IPO.
