Tigapo builds a mobile-first platform that connects vending and coin-operated arcade machines to the cloud and analyses data from them in real time. The platform enables operators to perform proactive maintenance, optimise machine placement within arcades, and applies AI algorithms to set dynamic pricing. The company says its platform is set to increase vending machines' revenue by at least 30 percent and that it is already boosting retention, gameplay, and revenue across initial US customers. Tigapo combines hardware and software to drive operator earnings and user engagement. The startup recently raised $1 million in a funding round led by Chazen Capital Partners and announced a new US office as it plans a country-wide rollout.
