Tilo commercializes TiloRes, a serverless engine that consolidates and matches data points from different sources and formats in near real time and at massive scale. The platform is aimed at use cases such as fraud detection, KYC/AML, GDPR compliance and contact tracing. Tilo charges customers based on the volume of data processed; the serverless architecture is intended to lower costs when demand is lower and the company plans to offer its COVID contact-tracing application for free. The startup was founded in November 2021 as a spin-off of Regis24, whose technology team built the approach over three years; Regis24 remains a minority shareholder and first customer. Tilo says it has already run pilot projects with global corporates, unicorns and scale-ups that have led to commercial contracts. The company recently raised €1.2 million and is preparing to pursue a next funding round.
