Founded in 2014, TimeTree develops and operates the social calendar application “TimeTree,” allowing groups and individuals to share and coordinate schedules in real time. The service has accumulated over 67 million registered users and hosts more than 13 billion saved events, giving the company a sizable proprietary data asset. Management plans to leverage this data to build new AI-driven features and to accelerate international growth, beginning with the January 2025 launch of its first overseas subsidiary, TimeTree Korea. The company will also invest in marketing across Japan and broader Asia while strengthening hiring and internal organization. To date, TimeTree has raised a cumulative ¥6.7 billion in primary capital. The newly announced funds will specifically support AI feature development, overseas market penetration, and talent acquisition.
