TIMIFY is a Munich-based, cloud-based real-time online scheduling and resource management software founded in 2012. The product is highly customisable, available 24/7 across time zones, and offered in free, premium and enterprise tiers. TIMIFY serves more than 55,000 customers across 28 countries from three offices and counts enterprise clients such as Intersport, USG and Planet Home. The company is focused on the DACH market internationally, with core markets in France and Italy. TIMIFY plans to expand its sales team, increase brand awareness, and invest in product development, marketing and new customer acquisition to grow its customer base. TerminApp, rebranded as Timify in 2016, offers the TIMIFY appointment-booking software in a freemium model with a paid premium package aimed at SMBs (1–20 employees). The platform enables 24/7 online and smartphone app bookings across more than 20 sectors and removes phone waiting queues. TIMIFY is distributed both via its own sales and marketing and through partnerships with Yellow Pages and local search organizations. The company has completed product development of its fee-based premium package and is rolling out additional product features over the first half of 2017. TIMIFY is already available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland plus seven additional countries/languages (including Chinese), with plans to expand to another 13 countries by mid-year.
