Tinyclues offers an AI-driven campaign marketing platform that uses what it calls “Deep AI technology” to extract business and customer insights from first-party data (CRM, browsing and checkout history) and predict future buyer behavior. The platform enables brands to present highly relevant product offers across multiple channels including email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, call centers and Facebook display. Tinyclues says its customers have achieved an average +49% increase in campaign revenue and reports triple-digit annual growth. The company powers campaigns for more than 80 enterprise customers, including Air France, Cdiscount, Lacoste and Vente‑privee. It has offices in France, the U.K. and the U.S. Tinyclues plans to use new capital to continue expansion in North America and Europe and to invest in “AI-first” product development to broaden its campaign intelligence capabilities. TinyClues offers a SaaS solution that lets businesses leverage big data for marketing without building infrastructure or hiring large data science teams. The product helps marketers target offers and optimize personalized messaging to boost campaign performance. Customers including Fnac, 3Suisses, Vestiaire Collective and VeryChic have deployed the software. Some customers have seen up to a 30% increase in sales from their campaigns after using TinyClues. The company plans to sign new clients and continue refining the product in the coming quarters. Financially, TinyClues has just raised a €5M Series A led by Alven Capital. tinyclues, based in Paris, provides a SaaS predictive big-data platform for marketing teams. Led by founder and President David Bessis, the solution helps e-merchants target and personalize customer and prospect communications. The platform is built on advanced machine learning algorithms and leverages heterogeneous data environments, including socio-demographic data, purchase and response history, web browsing and social data. tinyclues closed a $1.9M funding round. The company plans to use the funds to accelerate technical and functional development and to commercialize its service platform. In conjunction with the funding, Denis Payre and Stéphane Treppoz joined tinyclues' board.
