Founded in 2023, Barcelona-based Titan OS supplies an Android-based smart-TV operating system to brands such as Philips and JVC, reaching 18 million users across Europe and Latin America. The software aggregates broadcast TV, subscription streaming apps and more than 100 free ad-supported (FAST) channels, using viewer data to shorten content-discovery time. Titan OS monetises through home-screen and in-stream advertising, placement of partner FAST services and shoppable ad formats, driving a 10× revenue increase over the past two years. TV makers adopt the platform to capture ongoing ad and content revenue that now often surpasses hardware margins. The company employs roughly 200 people in Barcelona, Amsterdam and Taipei. With fresh capital, Titan OS plans to expand local-language FAST offerings, add product and sales staff and secure additional partnerships. Management expects to maintain its rapid growth trajectory and pursue another financing round in 2025.
