Tivita offers a platform that automates almost all processes for clinics and consultórios, beginning with accounts receivable and expanding into nonfinancial services such as sending medical reports via WhatsApp. The product targets clinics of various sizes (clients range from ~20 to 2,000) and is in commercial operation since January after a beta period. Tivita currently serves about 120 consultórios across 16 states. Its pricing charges a commission per appointment for smaller clinics and a R$900 monthly subscription for practices with more than 100 patients per month (unlimited use). With the new funding, the company plans to position itself as a one‑stop shop for clinics: first integrating with health plans (to date it manages private consultations only), then automating medical records and scheduling, and later offering more automated cash management and accounts payable features. The focus is on reducing manual work and replacing spreadsheet‑based workflows to improve patient data management and clinic operations.
