The product is designed to help large enterprises manage field services so the right field employee arrives at the right appointment with the right tools and information on time. The company serves industries including telecommunications and pay TV, utilities, B2B services, healthcare and retail, and maintains offices throughout Europe, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand. TOA was founded in 2003 by CEO Yuval Brisker. The company recently raised $66M and intends to use the funds for global expansion and to pursue a broader variety of organizations with mobile employees. TCV partner Tim McAdam will join TOA’s board as part of the financing. TOA Technologies provides on-demand, enterprise-class mobile workforce management applications built around its patented ETAdirect platform. ETAdirect is designed to improve customer service while reducing operational costs and can be integrated with existing CRM solutions. The company serves large and medium-sized enterprises in cable/broadband, telecom, insurance, home services and retail. Led by co-founder, president and CEO Yuval Brisker, TOA operates from Beachwood, Ohio and maintains additional offices in Europe and Latin America. TOA closed $17.2M of funding and plans to use the proceeds to support worldwide growth with an emphasis on sales, marketing and other strategic initiatives. As part of the financing, a Sutter Hill Ventures managing director will join the company's board.
