Tokinvest operates an online platform that issues and distributes tokenised real-world assets under a full multi-asset issuance licence granted by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). The company’s technology converts rights to physical assets into virtual tokens and provides end-to-end services spanning ideation, issuance, trading and asset servicing. Its debut project, a world-class racehorse tokenised in partnership with Evolution Stables and issued on the Polygon blockchain, sold out completely to investors from three countries. Building on this success, Tokinvest plans to introduce tokenised property offerings and has additional assets such as commodities, funds and bonds moving through regulatory approval. Polygon was chosen for its strong RWA focus, currently securing more than $1.1 billion in value locked. Headquartered in Dubai, Tokinvest positions itself as a bridge between global investors and premium assets traditionally reserved for the elite. The company recently raised $3.2 million in pre-seed capital to accelerate platform growth and regulatory expansion.
