TOKIUM operates a BSM (business spend management) platform that includes invoice receipt cloud, expense reimbursement cloud, electronic document storage, and contract management services. Its offering combines software with human processes to achieve high-accuracy data capture and handle analog tasks such as paper-original handling and storage. As of the end of May 2024 the platform has been adopted by over 2,000 companies, including about 250 publicly listed firms. The company says it will use newly raised capital to strengthen the TOKIUM platform via new service development and feature expansion. Planned uses also include hiring and increased marketing investment to accelerate customer adoption. TOKIUM positions its mission as reducing customers’ wasted time and “creating time that connects to the future.”
