Toolio builds cloud-based merchandising and inventory planning software to help retailers optimize merchandise planning and make faster, data-driven decisions about what products to stock and when. Its platform integrates with the commerce tech stack, automates workflows and delivers forecasting analytics to reduce stockouts, improve margins and speed inventory turns. The company initially focused on enterprise customers but expanded into the mid-market last year, reporting 20% month-over-month growth in both revenue and customer count. Toolio works with retailers including Chubbies, Mack Weldon and Rothy’s, and has managed over $1 billion in inventory for customers. It was co-founded in 2019 by ex-Walmart employees Eytan Daniyalzade and Berk Atikoglu, who previously built Stylr and sold it to Walmart in 2014. The company plans to scale into other retailer vertices, expand its team and add new product modules such as supply chain and materials resource planning.
