Tuopu Technology is a lithium-rich manganese battery producer. Its business is divided into three segments: lithium-rich manganese power batteries; small-power batteries for electric two-wheelers and electric motorcycles; and energy-storage batteries for home, outdoor, and container storage. The company recently completed a Pre-A financing round of nearly ¥10 million. Investors in the round were the actual controllers of a new-energy LED enterprise and of a new-energy infrastructure engineering firm. Huafeng Capital and Qihou Capital served as long-term strategic financing advisors. The raised funds are earmarked mainly for R&D personnel and to supplement cathode material production-line equipment.
