Overview
Toric is a no-code BI workspace for architecture, engineering, construction and owners that consolidates, prepares and visualizes data from multiple sources without hand-coding. The cloud platform offers data integration, data prep, automations, reusable dataflows and shareable data apps and dashboards. Toric provides more than 30 data connectors to databases, SaaS services, CAD/BIM models, JSON and CSV, and announced a partnership with Procore to unlock project data. The company says recent funding has accelerated an aggressive go-to-market strategy and will be used to increase data integrations, partnerships and platform features. Financially, Toric has raised $16M to date, including a $5.5M seed in 2019 and a $10.5M Series A; Carl Bass joined the board after the seed. Founded in 2019 and based in San Francisco, Toric was co-founded by Thiago da Costa and Dov Amihod; da Costa previously led Lagoa, which was acquired by Autodesk in 2014.
