Dongyao Pharmaceutical, founded in July 2010 and headquartered in Suzhou Industrial Park, focuses on research, development, production and marketing of anti‑cancer drugs. Its pipeline exceeds 10 candidate drugs, including more than three biologics and three chemical drugs that have obtained IND approvals, and an ADC expected to receive clinical approval soon. Lead programs include TAB008, a bevacizumab biosimilar whose Phase I head‑to‑head pharmacokinetic and safety results showed high similarity to Avastin and is now in Phase III (ranked among the top three domestically), and TAA013, an ADC whose clinical application is under review. The company is also developing TVP211, a third‑generation oncolytic virus with scale‑up work underway and benefits from a domestic BSL‑2 virus workshop. Dongyao operates an integrated manufacturing base in Suzhou, completing a first‑phase facility in 2012 and a 13,000 sqm second‑phase monoclonal antibody production base in 2018 with planned 16,000L cell‑culture capacity. The completed $102M Series B will be used to accelerate development and commercialization of key pipelines and strengthen the company's competitive position.
