Total Recycling Services (TRS) is a Darlington, UK–based provider of complete recycling and waste management services, led by Managing Director Alex Foreman and launched six years ago. Its core offering includes hazardous waste recovery, commercial recycling and wider industrial services, all carried out in-house. TRS operates from two sites in Teesside and owns a permitted hazardous waste recovery facility run under ISO-accredited systems. The company has an asset base that includes a fleet of 26 specialist wagons, tankers and jetting units and recently expanded its commercial recycling operations through the acquisition of Foreman Recycling. TRS generated turnover of more than £14m in 2014. The business plans to use new funds to accelerate organic growth and to explore opportunities to expand its operating facilities and equipment.
