Touwi is a Hérouville-Saint-Clair–based startup building “embedded artificial intelligence” applications that interpret motion data to improve preventive actions in both healthcare and equipment maintenance. Its platform currently powers two applications that will enter commercial launch over the coming year, which the company describes as pivotal for its go-to-market efforts. The technology aims to reduce risk and downtime by spotting early warning signals through continuous movement analysis. To finance this rollout, Touwi has raised nearly €700,000 across successive equity closes. A July tranche of €200,000 introduced regional investor Crédit Agricole Innove en Normandie, which supplied €150,000 of that amount. The remaining capital was provided by earlier unnamed backers in the same fundraising effort. These resources position Touwi to finish productization and scale initial deployments with customers in health and maintenance sectors.
