TPx is upgrading its technology infrastructure and investing in channel partner capabilities, people, systems and new digital capabilities to enhance customer success. Management says the investments aim to improve the customer experience, service excellence and accelerate growth. Financially, TPx has received a $70 million growth equity investment and has refinanced its senior debt on more favorable terms, including a multi-year extension of maturities. These actions are intended to bolster TPx’s digital transformation and market leadership in managed IT and UC services.
