LDE Holdings, operating as Trade Roots, produces adult-use cannabis and cannabis products for Massachusetts residents. Cofounded by CEO Jesse Pitts and President Carl Giannone, the company is completing a vertically integrated 16,000-square-foot facility in Wareham. Proceeds from its financing will be used to finish development of the renovated multi-use site at 6 Thatcher Lane in the Wareham Industrial Park and to prepare for a planned public opening in Q2 2021. Trade Roots expects to begin cultivation and extraction work in Q1 2021 following renovation and modernization. The company is a Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission-designated Social Equity Program Participant and says it is committed to driving positive impact and economic growth in its host community. Under its Host Community Agreement, Trade Roots will pay 3% of its sales receipts to the Town of Wareham; it received one of three Host Community Agreements from the town in June 2018.
