TradeWindow
Suite 4, 31 Northcroft Street, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622, New Zealand
Overview
Founded in December 2018, NZX-listed TradeWindow delivers a suite of integrated software products that help exporters, importers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers manage back-end operations, share information, and securely collaborate with global supply-chain partners. Its platform improves productivity, connectivity, and visibility across parties such as ports, shipping lines, banks, insurers, and government agencies. The company is currently developing Freight AI, a next-generation freight-forwarding operating system whose first e-commerce module is expected before the end of FY26. Management reports strong progress on Freight AI and notes Q2 FY26 results showed deeper customer relationships and an expanding recurring-revenue base, although specific financial figures were not disclosed in the announcement. Proceeds from the latest capital raise will also be used to repay debt and strengthen the balance sheet. TradeWindow plans to expand further in Australia, New Zealand and other markets, and is pursuing a Foreign Exempt Listing on the ASX to support that growth.
