Tradier is a cloud-based financial services provider and brokerage API company that offers hosted APIs, modules, and tools to platform providers, advisors, developers, and individual investors. Its APIs enable third-party developers to build applications such as algorithmic and robotic trading systems and power trading and investing experiences. Tradier powers over one hundred retail active trading platforms, serves accounts from 150+ countries, and supports 60+ educational partnerships. The company plans in 2023 to expand product offerings with a market-first platform and content hub, portfolio margin, an extended API offering, global debit funding, futures, and crypto. Led by Dan Raju, Tradier leverages partnerships and API integrations as core distribution channels. The company raised new capital to accelerate trade volumes, new product launches, and operational expansion. Tradier provides a set of APIs that expose the company’s investment engine so developers can build trading platforms and financial-services apps that integrate with brokerages and stock markets. The core product is a “brokerage platform in a box” sold as developer-facing tooling; developers can use the toolkit for free while Tradier earns revenue from trades conducted through apps using its technology. Tradier also operates its own brokerage house and offers trading at $3.50 per trade versus a cited market rate of $10. The company went live in November after a five-month private beta and reports interest from eight-to-ten large companies alongside many developers building on the platform; two companies have already been funded and launched using Tradier.
