TrainMe is a web and mobile platform (iOS and Android) that matches individuals and companies with certified sports professionals to book on-demand coaching. Since launching in 2015, the platform registers more than 3,500 sessions per month across 15 disciplines and works with over 1,000 coach partners. In 2018 TrainMe launched TrainMe Corporate and now runs sessions in nearly 100 corporate structures, including clients such as Chloé, Total, CBRE and Allianz. The company organises offerings across multiple disciplines and partnerships with brands like Décathlon, Weight Watchers (WW) and Fitness Park. Planned product developments include a client-facing training log (carnet de suivi) and new public indoor and outdoor group classes. TrainMe intends to accelerate partnerships and recruit roughly ten people in 2019 to strengthen commercial, support and technical teams. TrainMe is a community platform launched in September 2015 that helps people find a nearby sports coach for private or semi-collective sessions (up to four participants) without long-term commitment. The service emphasizes flexible, simple and high-quality booking, letting users reserve individual or small-group classes in a few clicks. The company currently works with more than 500 sports professionals across Île-de-France and the Lyon region and organizes over 1,500 classes per month for individuals and corporate clients. Participation in the Tremplin accelerator catalyzed growth: TrainMe hired its first employees, signed major deals, and acquired two competitors during that period. TrainMe completed its first fundraising of 350 K€ and plans to expand into a major European city in early 2018.
