Proceeds are being used to increase product developer hours for updates and new versions of its SaaS offerings, improving functionality, security and usability of the Traklight Intellectual Property and Collaborative Vault. The company is also investing the funds to grow strategic partnerships and sponsorships to reach and educate its entrepreneur market. Traklight is privately held and headquartered in Arizona and has hired its first full-time employee, the Vice President of Technology.
