Transerve Technologies provides geospatial technology–based software-as-a-service solutions aimed at sustainable growth and urban planning. Its flagship product SmartMu is a cloud-based platform that offers floor-by-floor and building-by-building visualization and record information, along with a mobile platform to help municipal bodies manage property tax and estate resources. The company also offers data collection, location intelligence and precision mapping tools, and supplies WATSAN solutions for water-supply and sanitation projects. Transerve deploys LIDAR for applications such as heritage restoration and highway engineering and has worked on World Bank–aided water resource optimisation and micro-irrigation planning in Jharkhand. Its solutions are used to modernize municipal information systems and are deployed by municipal revenue administrations in multiple cities in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Goa. The startup was incubated at CIIE-IIM Ahmedabad and supported by CIBA Goa; it raised $1.6 million in a Series A round.
