Trello is a collaboration app led by CEO Michael Pryor that organizes projects into boards to tell users what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in a process. The company is based in New York City. It raised $10M in funding in a round led by Index Ventures and Spark Capital. Bijan Sabet from Spark Capital will join Trello’s board in conjunction with the financing. Trello intends to use the funds to add new features and to continue building its sales and marketing teams.
