Tribeca Resources
1305-1090 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, V6E 3V7, Canada
Overview
Tribeca Resources focuses on discovering and defining large copper deposits across three Chilean projects at varying stages of maturity: the coastal IOCG-style La Higuera (approx. 10,000 m drilled to date), the newly optioned Jiguata porphyry target, and the early-stage Chiricuto prospect. The flagship La Higuera shows a 1.4 km mineralised strike with average US$300/m all-in drilling costs and upcoming 4,000 m of work aimed at resource definition. Jiguata is held under a US$15 m, five-year option that mandates 3,000 m of deep drilling to test a large porphyry system in a belt that hosts world-class deposits such as Chuquicamata. Chiricuto remains in the pipeline after encountering long runs of porphyry-style alteration, giving the company optionality while it pursues higher-conviction targets. Management runs a lean structure—two full-time executives and consultants—channeling roughly 62 % of capital directly into exploration. Following an upsized C$6.5 m financing, Tribeca now has about 18 months of runway and a broadened shareholder base of 82 investors, positioning it to carry out near-term drilling and AI-assisted project generation.
