Tribepad is a Sheffield-based provider of a software platform designed to improve organizations' recruitment processes. Led by CEO Dean Sadler, the company has built a talent acquisition platform used globally in 15 languages. Its software is used by customers including the BBC, Tesco and G4S. The company intends to use the £12M investment to expand operations and broaden its business reach. Tribepad will also develop new features and functionality to enhance the user experience. As part of the deal, Andy McRae from BGF’s Talent Network was appointed non-executive chair.
