Trica is a software-products platform from LetsVenture that provides equity management and transaction tools, operating on a SaaS model. Its products focus on cap table management, ESOP administration and facilitating investments into growth-stage and pre-IPO companies. In 15 months the company says 350 startups across India, Singapore and the US are using its equity management SaaS product.
