Tridiuum offers a cloud-based behavioral health outcomes management platform, Tridiuum1, that uses predictive analytics and a proprietary Behavioral Health Index to identify, treat, and manage behavioral health across the continuum of care. The platform delivers actionable insights at the point of care and can integrate with most electronic health records and health-IT software. Today more than 600 clinical facilities and over 2,500 behavioral health providers use the platform to assess more than 4,000 patients a day. The company reports customer revenue is up 307% since 2015 and has recently expanded office space, tripling its footprint from Wayne, Pa. to a larger Philadelphia Center City location at 1650 Arch Street. Management plans to use the new funding to expand sales, marketing, and strategic product development, and has hinted at major new features in the works.
