TriFetch provides an end-to-end automation layer for independent specialty clinics that embeds into existing clinic workflows and integrates with systems such as NextGen, eClinicalWorks and Athena. Its platform includes a voice agent for patient calls and scheduling, automated referral processing, and prior authorization management to reduce administrative delays. The company says its system can cut more than 50% of administrative costs, recover lost revenue (claiming savings of more than $1M annually for a mid-sized practice), and returned roughly $200,000 annually in a gastroenterology pilot while freeing about 16 staff hours per day. TriFetch is running five active pilots across California and has a lean team of five employees with plans to scale to around 15 by the end of the year. Future plans include deeper EHR integrations, geographic expansion beyond specialty clinics into multi-specialty groups and hospital-owned networks, and broader market expansion funded by the recent pre-seed raise.
