Overview
Trinio develops a platform that connects critical stages of the purchase journey and logistics operations into a single intelligence layer for large, multichannel retailers. Its recently introduced TrinioOS suite orchestrates checkout, fulfillment and omnichannel processes with support from AI agents. The startup serves over 50 enterprise customers—brands include Vivara, Osklen, Reserva, Asics, Casas e Video, Tania Bulhões, Polishop and Usaflex—and targets retailers with structured digital operations, high order volumes and multiple distribution centers and stores. Clients using Trinio report a 10–15% increase in checkout conversion, about a 25-second reduction in average checkout time, 5–15% reductions in operational and logistical costs and fewer cancellations. Founded in 2022, the company grew revenue approximately eightfold from 2024 to 2025, has about 40 employees (≈70% in product and tech) and expects to reach breakeven within a year. Its near-term plans include intensifying AI and agent capabilities and expanding across Latin America starting with Colombia and Mexico.
